I know that you don’t want to hear anymore about raspberries, BUT we have been picking and picking and picking.  I have never seen such a crop of wild raspberries and an even more bountiful crop of wild blackberries are coming right behind.  Not only have we been able to eat our fill out of hand, we have had raspberries and cream, raspberry shortcakes, raspberry fool, raspberry mousse, and on and on it goes.  This, even with our friend’s raspberry hunting lab, Lena, eating her fill!  If you still want raspberry recipes, just let me know, I have a basketful.
